10/10 would recommend! I have been using this app semi-consistently for almost 10 months now, and it helps me everyday in reducing my backpain and improving my posture, and feel like it has reduced my tech neck. Love the app design, functionality, updates and everything!! I recommend, in addition to this SitApp, to make sure to have a good computer setup with a good chair and monitor at eye-level when sitting up straight!

Amazing app, it really helps me keep a better posture. What I like most is that I can customize it exactly the way I want with all the options available, and the calibration setup is really fast and easy. Also, it works on my Linux Mint seamlessly, which I appreciate a lot!

I've been using this app on-and-off for a while to battle some long due debt in my posture. The days i get neck/shoulder-complaints are the days i forgot to start the app. Well done to the author.

I spend most of my day at a desk, but SitApp has helped me to keep my back pain in check. I've tried other posture tracking methods but this is the only one that I've been able to stick with. Would recommend!
